The Scale

Soooooo I got the scale in. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I thought I was about 180ish this whole time I've been like I'm going to reward myself for each 20lbs I loose and when I loose the 80 I'm getting a tattoo well I stepped on the scale and it turns out I'm 160! Still horrible but not as bad as 180 lol. Technically I've already lost 20lbs and I haven't even started lol. My water weight was fine but my body fat percent was over but not obese thankfully. My parents weigh themselves too and we all created profiles for the scale. My mom is 107 with excessive water weight and underfat on bodyfat percentage. My dad was 175 with perfect water weight and over like I was on bodyfat percentage. Taking the fruit to snack on while I'm at work is already helping, I get home and have a piece of turkey breast and a slice of provolone on a croissant and then 3 hours later I eat dinner and I'm good for the day. Need to unpack some more boxes so I can find my workout stuff. I'm really excited about loosing the weight. Will post pics of my fat ass soon so you can see me as I loose weight. :D
